WebUnder Incoterms® 2024, the seller is obliged to take out transport insurance with comprehensive coverage that corresponds to the Institute Cargo Clauses (A). The Institute Cargo Clauses (A) provides all-risk coverage. The seller and the buyer are free to agree on a more limited coverage by mutual consent.
