WebThis is a great support wand, but as a main battle wand... not so much. Evan! Two little ideas for the wand: Make each explosion deal double damage to a fully frozen target. It would buff four lacking items: Wand of Frost, Wand of Blastwave, Potion of Frost and bombs as well. This won't totally upset the balance but will make more items viable.
