WebYou just open up FNVEdit, let it load all the plugins. Then go to the first Dragbody plugin, select the NPC Record and do Copy as Override to a new plugin. Create a new plugin and name it whatever you want. Then just go through all the Dragbody plugins copying the NPCs and Armors as overrides into the new plugin you made.
