WebYou don't actually need an AC tank. Just to provide an alternate perspective on party composition: I beat WotR on core without an unhittable tank. I had two melee PCs, two animal companions, two archers, and two mages. I invested exclusively in raw offense and initiative. I didn't neglect AC completely, but no feats were spent on it either.
